Q: What is involved with hiring a Jukebox?

A: It couldn't be simpler to hire a jukebox from us. The basic information we need over the phone - (02) 9544 3983 - from you is:
 

1. The date you wish to hire a Jukebox for.
2. The delivery address.
3. Contact details. Your name and phone number(s). Preferably both a landline and mobile number.
4. Any possible difficulities upon delivery (eg. poor access).

Q: What areas do you deliver to?

A: We cater for the entire Sydney metro area.

Q: Do you charge extra for delivery and pick up?

A: No, we do not charge extra like some other companies. There are absolutely no hidden prices after we quote you for your hire of the jukebox.

Q: How do I pay?

A: We only accept Cash or Business Cheques. This takes place on delivery. No personal cheques or credit cards at this point in time. Thank you.

Q: How do I confirm my booking?

A: Quite simply, usually the Wednesday before your party, we call you and confirm the details and set an agreeable delivery time.

Q: Do you set up and show me how to operate the Jukebox?

A: Yes, of course! Customer satisfaction is our goal. We install the jukebox ourselves (usually under 5 minutes, depending on access - we cannot allow you to help with the installation due to work safety laws), and then demonstrate how to use its various features . We ensure that you are comfortable with using the machine before we leave.

Q: If I require further assistance during my hire, what can be done?

A: If you need any help, we are available up til 10pm on the night of your hire to help. We are contactable by phone up til reasonable hours as well. There is no need to worry, our jukeboxes are simple to use as we demonstrate at each and every delivery.

Q: How far in advance should I book?

A: The earlier the better. Many weekends sell out well in advance as demand for the jukeboxes remains high.

Q: Can you match a price by another company?

A: We can certainely do our best! As mentioned above, important factors are the date and location of your party. Keep in mind these are digital machines with over 7000 jukebox songs and 2000 karaoke video clips - comparing them to old cd jukeboxes doesn't do these digital jukeboxes justice. We guarantee you'll get more value for your money with our digital jukeboxes!

Q: Can I add my own music to the jukebox / Do you use mp3s on your jukeboxes?

A: No & No. These are answered as one question for the following reason. We respect the rights of artists and all the hit tracks are licensed through ARIA and AMCOS. We do not use mp3s as they are a 'lossy' file format. We use WAVE files, which means there is no loss of audio quality.
